JobLens will help find jobs
Nokia launched JobLens application, which allows applicants to select vacancies, reports Imena.ua.
Using the built-in camera and Nokia Maps, JobLens allows a jobseeker just walk down the streets and see which vacancies are open at companies nearby.
The app also has a number of interesting features, such as Jobs Near Me function that personalizes the search results based on user's relationships on LinkedIn and Facebook. And step by step navigation Get You There will help the job seeker to be on time for an interview.
JobLens is integrated with major services for job search, including Salary.com and Zillow. The system recommends job vacancies based on user profile and his search history.
The user also receives information about the future employer, including latest financial statements. In addition, JobLens allows to create a resume and save it in SkyDrive.
Currently job offers app is available only to residents of the USA and Canada. It is assumed that in the future other regions will join in, with the ultimate goal to cover cover the entire world.
