The state concern Ukroboronprom formed the list of defense enterprises, which it plans to transfer to ownership of the State Property Fund of Ukrtaine (SPFU) for further privatization, the press office of the state concern informed.
It is noted that currently, the list of companies, which will be transferred to the State Property Fund of Ukraine, is already formed.
The list included the non-core companies, which produce civilian industry products or terminated production back in 90s.
The state concern noted that at the first stage, it is planned to transfer about ten companies to the State Property Fund.
It should be reminded that in June, the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom supported the management proposal to transfer 30 companies to the State Property Fund.
Ukroboronprom, created in 2010 by the President’s order, is composed of 130 enterprises of Ukrainian MIC, including Ukrspecproject and its subsidiary companies. In accordance with the law, approved on June 2011, jointly with the management, Ukroboronprom ensures management of state properties in MIC.
