Elucidation made by the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine
Taking into account rather complicated economic and political situation in the country, the Main Department of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties in Kyiv city brings to the notice of fiscal agents – legal and physical entities - that the entrepreneurs who have branches in the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol city, and which taxes the head-office has paid so far to the local administration budgets through transferring these amounts to the treasury accounts, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Tax Code of Ukraine, in order to tackle the issue of deductions to the budget as regards payment of taxes to the local governmental bodies in this regions, should transfer these amounts to the head office’s address.
