The Cabinet of Ministers permitted business to correct customs declaration, Finance.ua reports.
The relevant decision was taken at governmental session on Wednesday.
«It is suggested solving three issues through this resolution – to obligate customhouses to make corrections to customs declarations, if the customhouse’s decision is cancelled (as per the court decision)… Second – to authorize business to make corrections to customs declarations in connection with receipt of (amended) rules of transfer pricing… as well as it will allow business to submit not only one additional declaration, but few declarations, which will allow selling imported products by small portions and will raise the competitive capacity on gas market, in particular», Minister of Finance Alexander Danyliuk said.
According to him, this resolution is approved without remarks from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, while all the remarks from the Ministry of Justice, the State Fiscal Service and public companies were taken into account.
The Minister also noted that entrepreneurs and business representatives support this document.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers offers the Verkhovna Rada to introduce customs declarations, which comply with declarations in the European Union.
