The Kyiv Pechersk District Court permitted the military prosecutor’s office to seize Ukroboronprom’s documents on the cooperation with fictitious firms, Our Money reports quoting the ruling of the Pechersk Court, EP reports.

It is reported that the Kyiv Armored Plant became the winner of six tenders, in which the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine acted as the client. Based on it, within 2014-2015, the enterprise should have conducted repair and maintenance works of the special-purpose vehicles.

Meanwhile, it is established that between August and November 2015, the plant allegedly purchased the drive axles for special-purpose vehicles from Renal Firm LLC for the amount, totaling UAH 5,275,966. Renal Firm allegedly purchased the above-mentioned axles and its components from Optimumspetsdetal LLC and Inter Stal LTD LLC.

However, as the result of the analysis, conducted by the investigators, the facts of provision of logistic services on the delivery of commodities between the specified companies were not established. The searches, conducted on the place of registration of Optimumspetsdetal, Inter Stal LTD and Renal Firm, did not expose any of these firms.

The investigation also established that other state companies, which belong to Ukroboronprom, conducted business activities with the enterprises over the last years.

It is noted that in court, the investigator applied for the access to the documents of the concern about the relationships with above-mentioned companies. The court approved this application.
