NBU press office posted the press release, according to which NBU stop issue certificates on declaring currency valuables to entrepreneurs, as reported on NBU’s official website.
According to the approved amendments, such certificate is not already necessary for acceptance of export and import loads for customs registration, conduct of banking operations with currency valuables by the authorized banks of Ukraine, and conduct of other types of foreign economic activities.
However, the requirement on provision of information for declaration of currency valuables, income and properties by the entrepreneurs to the National Bank of Ukraine and state tax inspections at the locations of such entrepreneurs, remains unchanged.
Such amendments were introduced by the order of the Ministry of Finance dd. 24.05.2017 №524, according to which the amendments were introduced to the order dd. 25.12.1995 №207 “On Approval of Form of Declaration of Currency Valuables, Income and Properties, belonging to the citizens, residing in Ukraine and beyond its borders” and entered into force 21/07/2017.
Meanwhile, NBU reminds that the employees of the department for processing documents “Single Window”, located in Kyiv at the address Kontraktova Square, 2b, and in the regions of Ukraine, can provide information for declaration of currency valuables, income and properties to entrepreneurs.
