Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine (SFGCU) Oleg Shvets and Nikolai Gorobinsky are dismissed from occupied posts, the corporation informed in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), Interfax-Ukraine reports.
They were dismissed based on the order of acting Chairman of the Management Board of SFGCU Irina Marchenko dated May 17.
Shvets occupied the said position during 1.2 years, Gorobinsky – 1.1 years.
As of May 18, there are no appointments for vacant positions.
The government of Ukraine created the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine in August 2010. 100% of issued shares of SFGCU are state-owned. It includes the extensive network of subsidiaries – linear and port elevators, mills, feed milling and cereal plants. Totally, 53 branch subsidiaries of SFGCU can store 3.75 mln tons of grain products. Including the total capacity on transshipping about 2.5 mln tons of grain cargos per year for export of Odessa and Nikolaev ports.
