MRD reminds
General Directorate of Ministry of Revenues in Kyiv reminds that insurers must file the report on a single contribution to the bodies of revenue and duties monthly within 20 calendar days following the last day of the reporting month. Therefore, the last day of reporting on Single Contribution in November this year is 20 December 2013.
The report to the bodies of revenue and duties is served by the insurer or insurer's responsible person at the place of registration in the bodies of revenue and duties in one of the following ways:
- By electronic means in an electronic format in compliance with the conditions for registration of the electronic signature of responsible persons in accordance with the law;
- On paper, countersigned by the director of the insured and sealed (if applicable), along with electronic form in electronic media;
- On paper, if the insurer has less than five insured persons;
The report submitted by mail shall not be considered filed.
