President Petro Poroshenko has signed the Law “On Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Creation of Conditions for International Cooperation of Entities of Aircraft Production”, the press-office of the official website of the President of Ukraine reports.
The law was passed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on July 14, 2016.
The law is aimed at the creation of favorable conditions for development of national aircraft production and stipulates the introduction of amendments to the laws of Ukraine “On Development of Aircraft Production Industry”, “On Specifics of Management of State Property Items to the Defense-Industrial Complex” and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Regulation of Activities of Business Entities, Created with Participation of State Enterprises”.
The implementation of the law will allow increasing competitive advantage and production volumes of national aircraft, will encourage attraction of new technologies and investments to the projects of Ukrainian enterprises and will ensure creation of new jobs.
The law comes into force since the day, following the day of its publication.
