U.S. President reported on the “wealth”, which U.S. achieved during his presidency.
Amid the recent invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Washington, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Russia wants to obtain economic assistance from U.S., taking into account U.S. wealth, which the country achieved during his presidency, Trump said on October 27, while delivering speech to his supporters in Illinois, UNN reports.
“Do not forget that Russia wants out assistance in the economic plan. Because we achieved such wealth: I did a really good job. Russia wants allotment”, Trump stated.
U.S. President also expressed resentment that Germany pays Russian for building the Nord-Stream-2 pipeline, while it asks Washington to protect it from Moscow.
It should be noted that recently, U.S. senators developed a plan, which will help Europe getting rid of the dependence from Russian gas supplies. The four-year plan provides for allocating one billion dollars to U.S. Trade and Development Agency and other agencies in 2019-2023 for developing state and private energy projects in separately selected European states.
