Dear Colleagues: On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 1st International Scientific Conference organized by the Faculty of Business and Economics, South East European University. The conference whose theme is “Building Bridges between Business Research and Industry Needs” will be held in Tetovo from 17th through 18th February, 2017. The Conference’s aim is to promote academic collaboration and networking between researchers in Macedonia and their colleagues in other countries. Researchers will have the opportunity to present their papers and case studies. They will also discuss contemporary business and economic developments, problems and challenges in their respective professional fields. The conference is open to both researchers from the academic world and professionals from public and private entities. Thus, researchers and professionals will have a unique opportunity to interact closely and share their knowledge and experiences with each. The conference strongly encourages master’s and Ph.D. students also to participate. Conference Language: The conference will be held in English. Conference Website address: conf.seeu.edu.mk Main Tracks of the Conference: Track 1: Economics Track 2: Management and Marketing Track 3: Finance and Accounting Track 4: SMEs and Entrepreneurship Track 5: Management Information Systems Track 6: Business Research Methods Track 8: Tourism and Local Economic Development Track 9: Business Law Track 10: Business, Education, and Social Sciences Track 11: EU Integration Submission of papers and Authors guidelines: Authors are invited to submit original papers that have neither been published nor under publication considerations elsewhere. Papers should be written in English using MS Word, and will be selected through a blind review process. Authors are solely responsible for language editing and ethics/legal issues for submitted works. There should be no more than three authors per paper, and at least one author of an accepted paper. The manuscript has to be written per instructions below: - The paper should not exceed 10 single-spaced pages. - The paper should be written in Microsoft Word format: A4 format (21 x 29.7 cm); Margins all 2.5 cm; Times New Roman; alignment justified; line spacing: before (0 pt), after (0 pt), line spacing: single. - Don’t use footnotes, endnotes and page numbers. - The paper (including references) must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) format. - In presenting formulas and equations, the Microsoft Equation editor must be used. - Abstracts and complete papers should look like below:
