The National Energy and Utility Regulation Commission, imposed a fine, amounting to UAH 204 thousand, on Kyivenergo for violating the license terms on producing electricity, heating and preventing the audit. The respective decision was approved at the Commission’s session, UNN reports.
In particular, the Commission imposed a fine, amounting to 170 thousand hryvnias, on Kyivenergo for violating the license conditions for conducting economic activities, related to producing electricity and implementing government regulations.
In addition, the Regulator fined Kyivenergo for 34 thousand hryvnias for violating the license conditions for producing the heat energy and implementing government regulations.
The company was also obligated to allow NEURC’s commission to conduct unscheduled check by October 15, 2018.
It should be reminded that on September 4, NEURC imposed a fine on Ukrzaliznytsia for violating the license conditions for transmitting electricity, the license conditions for supplying electricity as per regulated tariffs, the license conditions for distributing electrical energy and the license conditions for supplying the electricity for 425 thousand hryvnias.
