The Singapore agricultural company Agrocorp opened office in Ukraine, as evidenced by the data of State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, HB reports quoting Interfax-Ukraine.
The Ukrainian “subsidiary” was registered on October 17, 2018, its owner is Agrocorp International PTE LTD. Yuri Klimpush is the director of a newly created company. The authorized capital is UAH 698.2 ths.
Agrocorp International was founded in 1990 and deals with trading and processing agricultural crops, in particular wheat, rice, oilseeds, sugar, cotton and nuts. The company has 22 representative offices in 13 countries, traders with over 30 countries. The sales volumes exceed 9.4 mln tons of goods, the revenues are over $3 bln.
Agrocorp started the processing business in 2012 in Canada; currently, it has 8 plants in four countries, their total capacity is 700 ths tons.
