KCSA said that an Order to increase prices is not signed
Appreciation of public transport can be postponed, according to the acting head of Kyiv City State Administration Anatoliy Holubchenko, the Vesti informs.
As A. Holubchenko explained, order of KSCA, which is to take effect on February 1, has not yet been signed. According to this order, a single trip on the bus, tram, bus, cable car, as well as subway and city train will cost 3 UAH.
«A lot depends on how the state budget will be formed and whether the interests of capital will be considered. I need to make sure that 1 million people living and working in Kiev will receive their allowances and social benefits, including public transport» - said A. Holubchenko.
Unofficially they say at City Hall that they did not want to increase the price to not irritate Kyiv residents, who are already perturbed by the political situation. Like, the new price for transportation may be another occasion to engage a meeting of opposition against the government.
