The draft law on ratification of the loan agreement with the European Union is defined as urgent.
President Petro Poroshenko submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on ratification of the loan agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on attracting a loan, amounting to 1 billion euros.
The bill №0203 is registered in parliament on October 4, ua1 reports.

As you know, on September 14, Ukraine and the European Union signed a memorandum of understanding and a loan agreement on the provision of the fourth program of macro-financial assistance (MFA IV), amounting to 1 billion euros.
Soon, the EU clarified that Ukraine will be able to receive the first tranche of new aid this year after it signs a memorandum on the conditions for providing funds.
