The State Property Fund has put up for sale the unfinished health complex of the National Bank of Ukraine “Prykarpattya, as stated on the website of the public procurement system ProZorro. Sales, UBR reports.
The base is located on the land plot with a total area of 2.73 hectares in the city of Yaremcha. You can submit offers until October 22. At the same time, the auction will be held on October 23. The initial price of the lot is UAH 64.3 million.
The construction of the complex includes two phases of construction. In particular, I stage of construction – the building 2 with 96% completion rate. There, the internal and external finishing works were carried out, the fully equipped lighting fixtures were installed, the sanitary appliances and toilet accessories were mounted and connected, the furniture was installed, the blinds, shutters and curtain rods were installed.
The technical condition of the building is satisfactory. The object cannot be operated due to the lack of external sewage and gas pipeline.
The start of construction was February 2006. It actually ended In December 2013. The site was not preserved. The site is guarded and maintained in proper technical condition: provided with lighting and heating. At the construction site, there is no residue of building materials and equipment.
