The Treasury announced the results of last year
In 2013 the Treasury, pursuant to the requirements of Article 112 and Article 117 of the Budget Code of Ukraine, filed 13,477 violations of budget legislation by administrators and recipients of state and local budgets totaling 3311.0 million UAH according to current data, the press service of the State Treasury informs.
Including:
State budget:
- 2938 warnings are given on 1 856.3 mln UAH in the process of taking or registration of obligations or financial commitments.
- 703 warnings in the amount of 13,0 mln UAH in implementing the orders
Local governments :
- 8927 warnings on 1 419.2 mln UAH in the process of taking or registration of obligations or financial commitments.
- In implementing the orders - 909 warnings in the amount of 22.5 million UAH.
In addition, 3 437 warnings in the amount of 37392,2 million UAH are provided in the process of submission of estimates and other documents used in the execution of the budget in case of non-compliance with orders opening (closing), presentation of financial statements and budget, and other cases of violating of the budgetary legislation by state and local governments.
