Within transformation on transition from collective to personal responsibility, Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC suggested that the Cabinet of Ministers should keep only the Supervisory Board and liquidate the Management Board, CEO Andrei Kobolev informed, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“It was suggested liquidating the management board and making the personal responsibility of the heads of directions, including me. We have not received any reply, but I hope, that we will receive it sometimes”, he said.
He also noted that the unwillingness to assume personal responsibility for taking decisions is still a problem for the company, with which it intends to fight within the policy of transforming values.
Meanwhile, Kobolev emphasized the important role in operation of the formed independent supervisory board in the company.
“The supervisory board is one of company’s key successes for the last years”, CEO emphasized.
