CMU Resolution № 26-r from 15.01.2014
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine instructed the Minister of Finance Yurii Kolobov to take the government external loans in 2014 in the amount of 52.1 billion UAH. This is stated in the Government resolution № 26-r from 01.15.2014
«In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 16 of the Budget Code of Ukraine the Minister of Finance Yurii Kolobov is authorized to implement government external borrowing in 2014 to the extent provided by the law of Ukraine «On State Budget of Ukraine for 2014», and on the conditions determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and enter into necessary contracts» – according to the resolution.
