The most popular destinations of the country's main airport are defined
In 2013, the line Kyiv - Moscow led the 10 of the most popular destinations from the airport «Borispol», the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure informs.
About 900 thousand passengers went through between «Boryspil» and the two airports of Moscow, «Sheremetyevo» and «Domodedovo» last year. Destination has a significant competition: only from «Boryspil» the flights to Moscow are operated by three major airlines: Ukrainian «Ukraine International Airlines» and two Russian - «Aeroflot» and S7.
Among the regular route of «Borispol» Tel Aviv (about 380 thousand passengers) and Amsterdam (305 thousand passengers) occupied the second and third positions in terms of air travel in 2013.
10 of the top destinations of the largest Ukrainian airport also includes Frankfurt, Paris, Istanbul, Dubai, London and two charter routes - to Antalya and Sharm el- Sheikh.
Among regular flights, which entered the Top 10, the greatest increase in passenger traffic compared with 2012 was showed by: Kyiv - Dubai (19.7 %), Kyiv - Amsterdam (19.5 %), Kyiv - Paris (16 6%), and Kyiv - Frankfurt (10 %). Also, a significant increase in passenger traffic (19.4 %) is recorded in a charter direction Kyiv - Antalya.
