The cheapest apartments are in Darnytskyi district
During the period from January 5 to February 4, 2014 the average selling price of 1-3 rooms apartment at the primary market in Kyiv fell by 0.41% ($ 7) to $ 1703 per sqm, according to the study of consulting company SV Development.
At the same time Darnytskyi district remained the cheapest, with an average of $ 1359/sqm, Pecherskyi district is the most expensive, where the average sale price was $ 2507/sqm.

Pecherskyi district - 0.56% decrease ($ 14) to $ 2507/ sqm.
Shevchenkivkyi district - 0.90% decrease ($ 19) $ 2 086/ sqm.
Obolonskiy district - 0.28% growth ($ 5) $ 1 771/ sqm.
Podolskyi district - 0.45% decrease ($ 7) $ 1 533/ sqm.
Holosiyivskyi district - 0.41% decrease ($ 7) $ 1 719/ sqm.
Solomiansky district - 0.51% decrease ($ 8) to $ 1 558/ sqm.
Dniprovskyi district - 0.40% decrease ($ 6) $ 1 500/ sqm.
Sviatoshynskyi district - 0.33% growth ($ 5) $ 1 535/ sqm.
Darnitckiy district - 0.51% decrease ($ 7) $ 1 359/ sqm.
