9% of tickets are sold online
From January 2013 to January 2014, the rate of sales and reservation of train tickets via the Internet increased by 1.6 times, the press service of Railways informs.
Thus, during the first month of 2014 more than 325 thousand tickets have been issued in the Internet, for the corresponding period in 2013 - 209 thousand tickets. In general, 9% of the total amount of tickets is sold in the Internet.
During the first month of 2014 the Internet system of railways - booking.uz.gov.ua, had sold more than 157.4 thousand electronic tickets, in December 2013 - 114,2 thousand tickets ( 1.36 times increase). They already sold more than 500 thousand electronic tickets from the implementation of the services.
The passengers with printed e-tickets can go in the train, passing the railway cash. Electronic ticketing ends one hour before the departure of the train from the original station route.
All e-tickets have the status of transport document (fiscal receipt). For example, a document can be used to report on the trip.
Also e-tickets are almost impossible to lose, because you can print them yourself as many times as you want from a letter that comes to the e-mail of the client.
