State Mortgage Institution refinanced 93 mortgages
Starting from February 1 till 28, 2014 the State Mortgage Institution has refinanced 93 housing loans. For this purpose the SMI earmarked around 15,3 mln hryvnias, Chair of Board Ihor Lysak said, the SMI press-office reports.
Chair of SMI underscored well-coordinated cooperation of the government and banks – partners, enables creating potential which in its turn is necessary to build prerequisites that can promote further development of the construction industry and mortgage-refinancing market in Ukraine.
«In my opinion we have all prerequisites for facilitating further growth of key economic sectors. Clear interaction between the government, builders and investors in Ukraine can spur increase in housing loans, while our institution does whatever it can on a day-to-day basis to reduce tension in the construction industry», - Ihor Lysak added.
