The employment agency elucidates
The Law of Ukraine On Employment of Population necessitates that hiring employees to do a job for another company in Ukraine pursuant to the terms and conditions of labor agreements what economic entities are involved in is allowed if they have the permit issued by the State Employment Service, according to the press-office of the SES tackling the issues of the regulatory policy and facilitation of entrepreneurship.
The employment agency has confirmed that the requirement to get a permit for hiring an employee to do a job for another company in Ukraine (that is to say, out-staffing) is solely applied to the Ukraine’s resident economic entities acting as employers.
In other words, if a foreign company will be interested in cooperation with the Ukrainian outsourcers (primarily, IT specialists, designers, accountants, lawyers, financiers, marketing specialists (advertising agents), it is not required to get a special permit from the State Employment Service to ensure legal grounds for this cooperation.
