The tariffs have been published yet
Today, at its meeting, the National Commission for Energy Regulation dealing with nation-wide monitoring and managing energy issues passed a decision on retail prices of natural gas used by households, through hearing open to the public, the statement of the NCER says.
These decisions should undergo the state registration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and take effect on May 1, 2014, but no sooner than they are officially published.
