This week 21,4 bln hryvnias will be disbursed to make pension payments
28,8% of monthly amount needed for retirement benefits to be paid in April has been already disbursed. The monthly amount of pensions to be paid this month totals 21,4 bln hryvnias, the Minister for Social Policy Lyudmila Denisova said, the press-office of the ministerial department reports.
«As of April 7, 6 154,8 bln hryvnias have been disbursed to cover pension payments in April. This makes up 28,8% of total monthly amount needed», - Lyudmila Denisova said.
According to the Minister, the funds available at the post-offices are enough to make pension payments from the 7th to the 8th of April inclusive. Moreover, within this period, i.e. on the 7th and partially on the 8th of April, the banking institutions can distribute pensions, too.
Lyudmila Denisova underlined that all 13,6 bln of Ukrainian retirees will receive their benefits in time, from 4 -25 of April, as specified by the daily schedule.
