The IMF’s country report on Ukraine
The tax and customs bodies of Ukraine have to submit monthly reports to the International Monetary Fund that should contain the data about taxes collected, customs dues charged, preferences granted and refunds made, the IMF country report on Ukraine says, as quoted by LIGAFinance (ЛІГАФинансы).
«Both state fiscal and customs authorities should provide the information about the amount of income received, deferred payments and fines imposed, and have to do it until the 25th of a month. Besides, the State Tax Service of Ukraine should submit reports about tax concessions on a quarterly basis, with stating the amount and expiry dates of such exemption, indicating names of recipients of tax benefits, and estimated budget losses arisen due to preferential taxation», - the report says.
Moreover, the customs bodies are expected to draft also monthly reports on VAT amounts and its refunds, give detail information about all payments made and list of tax return applications filed by the enterprises, refusals to refund taxes, if any.
