17,4 billion hryvnias have been disbursed
The Minister of Social Policy Lyudmila Denisova informed that as of May 20, 17,4 billion hryvnias were disbursed to ensure payment of pensions, what makes 85,2% of the monthly amount needed, the press-service of the ministerial department reports.
The Minister said that post offices and banks can make payments to retirees till May 21, 2014, inclusive. She also reminded that the amount earmarked for paying pensions in May totalled UAH 20,4 billion.
The daily pension pays will be made as scheduled from the 4th up to 25th of each month.
