In the officials’ opinion, this system will allow curbing corruption
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has introduced the electronic document management solution. This program is being tested now, the press-service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reports.
CMU’s Minister Ostap Semerak noted he thinks only the electronic government may be the most efficient. «We are working on it. By now, I have launched the system of document workflow in test mode. As it turned out this system has existed before, but has not been launched», - he said.
The Minister added, the paper document flow solution «makes it possible to change the date of registration, lose a document, then find it...». «An electronic system takes a picture of the document, afterwards it is registered, moreover, you cannot deceive a computer», - said Ostap Semerak.
According to the Minister, if time permits and creativity in building the close system of e-government is encouraged, this will give a chance to combat corruption. «And, additionally, this will allow making the government more transparent, as far as it is, among other issues, the citizens service system», - added the CMU’s Minister.
