The mission will stay till July 3, 2014
The mission from the International Monetary Fund will stay in Kyiv till July 3, 2014, said permanent representative of the International Monetary Fund in Ukraine Jerome Vacher, RBK-Ukraine РБК-Украина reports.
«The mission from the International Monetary Fund headed by Mr. Nikolai Georgiev will arrive in Ukraine on June 24, 2014 to hold talks aimed at reviewing the economic development program drafted by the government and supported by bailout released by the IMF. The mission will evaluate progress in implementing the program and discuss with senior officials of the country goals and objectives to be achieved in the next period. Poul Thomsen, Deputy Director of the IMF’s European Department will join the mission for a few days. The mission is planning to finish its work by July 3, 2014», - said Jerome Vacher.
