The Ministry of Finance’s updates
The Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance has published a revised edition form for simplified financial reporting and small business & entrepreneur financial reporting. The reports are to be submitted by income taxpayers for the one-year period under review, the press-office of the Ministry of Revenue & Duties reports.
Thus, the financial reporting on redesigned forms should be firstly submitted to the revenue authorities for the period under review in 2014.
The forms are specified in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine passed on 08.02.2014, №48 On Approval of Changes to Some Legislative Enactments of the Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance related to accounting, which came into force on March 18, 2014. Letter of the MFU dd. 23.05.2014 under №31-08410-06-5/12530 «On Financial Reporting» gives the clarification on validity of form.
