Figures show increase by UAH 31,28 billion
Throughout January – July of 2014 as compared to a similar period last year a number of security futures contracts have grown by 16,96 % or UAH 31,28 billion. This year’s figures show the total contract value amounting to UAH 215,94 billion, the press-0office of the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market reports.
Thus, the largest traded financial stock in the market was government bonds – UAH 186,31 billion that is 86,28 % out of total value of all contracts concluded in the stock market acting as a mediator in this case. In addition, a share of trading in corporate bonds market is substantial, too - 13,72 billion hryvnias or 6,35 %.
As regards the data about registration of securities issued, a scope of investment certificates issued from January to June this year by assets management companies, common trust funds and unit trusts, fell down and now totals UAH 18,51 billion, while it made up UAH 20,43 billion in 2013.
