The revenue in the 1st half of the year decreases, while in the 2nd – goes down
Excise duties paid on liqueur and spirits to the government coffer in the 1st half of 2014 grew by 14,6% as compared to a similar period of 2013, said Deputy Minister for Finance in Ukraine Denis Fudashkin at the briefing, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports.
«As regards the receipts from excise duties on liqueur and alcoholic beverages, in the recent period they increased considerably as compared to a similar period a year ago. Thus, in total, the revenue for the 1st half of 2014 increased by 14.6 %», - said D.Fudashkin.
Moreover, in his opinion, the revenue lessened in the 1st quarter, while showed increase in the 2nd half of the year.
