The National Bank of Ukraine is trying to stabilize the currency market
The National Bank of Ukraine is going to apply tougher measures to the banks for manipulations in the currency market, including revocation of the general licence allowing to make currency transactions, the regulator’s letter addressed to commercial banks, dd. September 29, 2014, No.29-209/55222 says, UNIAN reports.
«In case of revealing the said violations, the National Bank of Ukraine will qualify these transactions as unfair and will use tougher measures against the banks, including revocation of the general licence for foreign currency transactions», - the letter says.
