The National Bank of Ukraine continues to control risky transactions
PJSC Prime-Bank has been recognised as insolvent by the National Bank of Ukraine, the press-office of the NBU reports.
“Pursuant to articles 15, 55 of the law of Ukraine On the National Bank of Ukraine, articles 73, 74, 76 of the law of Ukraine On Banks and Banking, Resolution of the NBU’s Board dd. 17.08.2012 No.346 (as amended), the Management Board of the National Bank of Ukraine made a decision on October 2, 2014, to enter public joint stock company Prime-Bank into a list of insolvent banks “, - the statement of the NBU says.
The National Bank of Ukraine is continuing to toughly respond to risky transactions of banks evidencing of deliberate use of banking services for illegal gain.
