196.4 thousand tons have been sold
The volume of fuel reportedly sold in Ukraine (except the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city) in September 2014 in the filling stations that number 6817 outlets totalled 196.4 thousand tons, primarily, gasoline, showing a drop by 24.5% as compared to a similar period a year ago, and by 9.7% as compared to the figures for August of the current year, RBK-Ukraine reports citing the National Statistics Committee of Ukraine.
54.7% out of the fuel sold was gasoline of А-95, 44,7% - А-92, 0,3% - А-80, 0,3% - А-98 types.
Retail sale of diesel in September reached 151.3 thousand tons (by 10.9% less), liquefied natural gas – 39.8 thousand tons (by 4.4% more), and compressed gas – 8.5 thousand tons (by18.1% less).
All in all, the total value of light oil products and gas sold in September 2014 through filling stations amounted to over 8 billion hryvnias, with retail sales of gasoline making up around 4 billion hryvnias (54.5%), diesel fuel– more than 2 billion hryvnias (36.3%), liquefied natural gas (propane, butane) – 633.1 million hryvnias (7.8%) and compressed gas (methane) -115.3 million hryvnias (1.4%).
As of October 1, 2014, the fuel held at filling stations included 105.6 thousand tons of gasoline, 64.7 thousand tons of diesel fuel, liquefied and compressed gas – 8.6 thousand tons and 0.1 thousand tons, respectively.
