Selling dollars to banks
The National Bank of Ukraine has preannounced its interventions in the market going to sell dollars for hryvnias at the auctions that will be held on a single price basis:
on October 29, 2014 – to replenish cash supplies of banks to back up exchange transactions – up to $100 million;
on October 31, 2014 – to meet demands of clients – up to $200 million.
