Two-bedroom flats are the most in demand property in the market
Throughout 1 - 31 of October of 2014 a number of agreements concluded for sale of apartments located in 10 administrative districts in Kyiv were 521 in the real estate secondary market, with 644 flats being sold in partially constructed buildings, the announcement of the SV Development consulting company says.
Two-bedroom flats were the most sough-after apartments (48% agreements), and 43% are one-bedroom flats, 9% - three bedrooms apartments and more.
The largest number of agreements for sale of flats worth up to $100 thousand each is 85%, from $100 up to $200 thousand - 11%. The price of 4% of agreements is over $200 thousand.
Meantime, the flats in the Darnytsia district were the cheapest, the average amount of money paid was $982/per square meter in the real estate secondary market ($901/per square meter in the primary market).
The most expensive are the flats located in the Pechersk district, with average price making up $1819/square meter in the secondary market ($1545/ per square meter in the primary market).
To recap, according to the data for August, 2014 578 apartments were sold in the secondary market in Kyiv, and 713 apartments – in the primary market.
