Rates differ from the market price of gas
The budget deficit of Naftogaz is more than government’s budget deficit of Ukraine and makes up 103 billion hryvnias, Prime-Minister of Ukraine Arseny Yatseniuk said earlier today at the first meeting of the newly elected Cabinet of Ministers, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports.
“I’m really concerned of the deficit Naftogaz has, which is higher than the government’s. At present, the government’s budget deficit is 68 billion hryvnias, while the deficit of Naftogaz we’ve already financed because the rates differ from the gas market price is 103 billion hryvnias”,- said Yatseniuk.
