The liquidation procedure is underway
Taking into account the proposal of the Deposit Guarantee Fund recommending to revoke the banking license and liquidate OJSC Zoloti Vorota bank, and upholding the requirements set forth in the legislation, on December 4, 2014, the Management Board of the NBU adopted the resolution on cancellation of the banking license and liquidation of OJSC Zoloti Vorota bank, the ministerial department reports.
Thus, the banking license and general license for foreign exchange transactions were revoked on December 5; the procedure for liquidation of the banks commenced.
