Addressing the audience during the summit, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced that investors present at the World Economic Summit in Davos promised to plough one billion dollars into the Ukrainian economy in 2015, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports.
“Together with our international partners and advisors, we want to build an utterly new investment climate that will attract investors. Having taken an opportunity to meet prospect investors here, I’d like to thank them, in particular, those sitting in the first row, they have promised me to invest 600 million and 400 million dollars in the Ukrainian economy. This is the best way of expressing love to Kyiv... Please, invest into Ukraine, this is very important”, - said Poroshenko.
