At its meeting, the tender committee dealing with sales in oil and condensed gas approved the starting prices for auction scheduled on January 31, 2015, the press-office of Naftogaz reports.
Thus, the starting price of oil will be 5297.93 hryvnias per ton without VAT. The gas condensate extracted will cost 5772.23 hryvnias per ton without VAT.
A regular auction is to be held in line with the requirements set out in Resolution of the government passed on 21.01.2015, under No.16, On Changes to Procedure for Auction Trading, namely, in crude oil, gas condensate extracted from own fields and liquefied gas. In particular, the starting price of oil is determined without applying the rate of 0.85, applicable before.
The tender committee has assigned its Chair the task to inform, in writing, PJSC Ukrnafta and other oil-drilling companies of starting prices approved requesting to submit applications till the end the 27th day of January, 2015 for participation in the auction.
