According to the press-office of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, as of January 30, 2015, nearly 9 033 local budgets, or 76.8% out of their total amount (11761), have been already approved, including:
21 oblast budgets (87.5% out of total budgets);
The Kyiv municipal budget comprised of;
138 towns of city significance (81.2%);
461 district budgets (88.3%);
192 boroughs of district significance (71.4%);
512 townships (68.9%);
7708 village budgets (76.8%).
The most budgets have been approved in Kyiv oblast (99.9%), Mykolaiv oblast (99.4%), Zhytomyr oblast (99.1%), Cherkasy oblast (96.7%), Zaporizhia oblast (96.6%), Zakarpatie oblast (96.3%), Poltava oblast (93.8%), Sumy oblast (91.3%), Volyn oblast (91.1%), Odesa oblast (89.9%), Vynnytsia oblast (87.2%), Ivano-Frankivsk (84.4%) and Rivno oblast (84.0%), and all local budgets - in Kharkiv oblast.
607 out of 669 local budgets, or 90.7%, linked to the government budget, due to financial accountability, have been voted for, including the budgets of all local councils in Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Zakarpatie, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivno, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernivtsy oblasts.
