On February 5, 2015, the Management Board of the National Bank of Ukraine adopted resolution No.83 to declare PJSC Commercial Bank Nadra insolvent, the press-office of the NBU reports.
The principal reason for declaring the Bank illiquid is its inadequate capitalization, non-fulfilment of the requirements for stress-testing and non-compliance with the legislative norms of Ukraine.
The National Bank announces that 99% of all deposits kept by clients of PJSC CB Nadra falling within the maximum coverage limit of UAH 200 thousand set by the Deposit Guarantee Fund can be fully returned (hereinafter – the Fund).
Some clients having considerable amount of money invested in deposits (around 1% out of total number of depositors) will obtain only amounts insured by the Fund.
Total deposit insurance payments to PJSC CB Nadra depositors are expected to exceed 3.6 billion hryvnias.
