In Ukraine (excluding the temporary occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city), the core inflation rate stood at 2.6% in January 2015 compared to 2.8% a month ago, according to RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) with reference to the National Statistics Committee.
Meantime, up to January 2014, the core consumer price index was 126.1.
The core inflation rate is an indicator showing changes in prices of goods affected by factors of an administrative or seasonal nature.
