On March 17, the National Bank of Ukraine provided 334.8 million hryvnias for refinancing, with selling certificates of deposit worth 1.235 billion hryvnias, according to the data posted today by the NBU on its official website.
The overnight loans (for one day) were issued to 3 banks at the rate of 33% per annum.
Moreover, the NBY sold the certificates of deposit totalling 315 billion hryvnais to the five banks for 7 days at the rate of 26% per annum, 620 million hryvnias - to six banks for 14 days at 26% per annum and 300 million hryvnias – to one mote bank for 30 days at the rate of 27% per annum.
