Upon recent data, the consolidated budget in January-March 2015 equalled 126.4 billion hryvnias, exceeding by UAH 32.9 billion or by 35.25% the figures for the previous year. The government budget totalled UAH 105.4 billion, and local budgets – UAH 21 billion, the NFS’ press-office reports.

Receipts generated from fees and transferred to the government coffer amounted to UAH 105.4 billion; indicative figures scheduled by the Ministry of Finance were reached showing an increase of 109.9 percent, with extra deductions making up UAH 9.5 billion.

In terms of principal payments made in January-March 2015, the increment in the relevant pay period in 2014 was obtained owing to the revenue from imports of goods – 71.9 percent (+12.5 billion hryvnias), VAT on goods made in Ukraine (works, services) – 32.1 percent (+6.1 billion hryvnias), excise duty on goods produced in Ukraine  (products) – 52.1 percent (+2.6 billion hryvnias), import duty – rose 3 times (+4.2 billion hryvnias), gas surcharge rate  for consumers of all types of ownership  – 36.9 percent (+0.3 billion hryvnias), a share of net income (profit) deducted to the government coffer – 69.4 percent (+0.2 billion hryvnias), etc.

The figures scheduled by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine fully reached were as follows: VAT on imports of goods to Ukraine – 109.3 percent (+2.5 billion hryvnias), VAT on goods produced in Ukraine – 123 percent (+4.7 billion hryvnias), corporate income tax – 111.5 percent (+1.5 billion hryvnias), individual income tax and other fees – 103.9 percent (+0.4 billion hryvnias), import tax – 104.1 percent (+0.2 billion hryvnias), gas surcharge rate  for consumers of all types of ownership  – 112.8 percent (+0.1 billion hryvnias), net income (profit), deducted to the government coffer – 166.8 percent (+0.2 billion hryvnias), etc.

From the beginning of the year, VAT refund stood at UAH 12 billion.

Single tax receipts equalled UAH 40.1 billion.
