123.5 thousand tons of motor gasoline was sold in March 2015 across the network of petrol stations in Ukraine (excluding the temporary occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol city and some territories in the ATO zone), what is 40.7% less compared to a similar period in 2014, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports with reference to the National Statistics Service.
51.4% out of total sales was motor gasoline with octane rating A-95, 48.2% - A-92, 0.2% - A-80, 0.2% - A-98.
Retail sale of diesel fuel in March 2015 stood at 97.6 thousand tons (41.3% less), liquefied natural gas 33.7 thousand tons (0.7% less), compressed natural gas - 6.4 thousand tons (28.1% less).
In particular, total value of light oil and natural gas sold through the filling station in March equalled UAH 7,120 billion, with UAH 3,545.7 billion (49.8%) in retail trade in motor gasoline, UAH 2,699.9 billion (37.9%) - diesel sales, UAH 729.1 million (10.2%) - liquefied gas sale (propane, butane), and UAH 145.3 million (2.1%) - compressed gas sales (methane).
On April 1, 2015, the residual motor gasoline in the filling stations was 109.9 thousand tons, 60.7 thousand tons - diesel fuel, with liquefied and compressed natural gas - 9.1 thousand tons and 0.07 thousand tons, respectively.
