The conference convened to consider government initiatives on taxation, updates to the tax legislation and strategies for cooperation between the government and business was held on Thursday, on April 23, 2015, in the conference room at Alfavito hotel. The conference was organized by Financial Analytist–Service Company.
Leading experts from law firms and representatives of legislative bodies of Ukraine participated in discussions relating to trends in taxation in 2015, latest legislative updates made by the government ensuing after launching the tax reform.
The speakers on the line-up included representatives of the National Fiscal Service, High Administrative Court of Ukraine, specialists from law companies and accounting experts.
In discussing the most urging topics, the delegates, in particular, debated government tax initiatives in 2015, conflicts between fiscal authorities and businesses. At another session, participants examined actual court cases on the lawfulness of inspection bodies’ conduct and business entities’ drawbacks of information advisory services and accuracy of teller transactions.
