The total debt on loans issued by the National Bank of Ukraine to the banks and Deposit Guarantee Fund decreased to UAH 3.55 billion in June 2015 (loans issued - UAH 1.35 billion; loans repaid - UAH 4.90 bln); UAH 128.37 billion - at the beginning of July, the NBU’s press-office informs.
In June, the loans totalling UAH 827.50 mln, with repayment tenure exceeding 30 calendar days, have been issued by the NBU to two banks. In particular, another loan tranche disbursed to JSC Finance and Credit Bank amounts to UAH 750.00 mln. PJSC CB Khreshchatyk has received UAH 77.50 mln, based on tender offer results, to help efficiently manage bank liquidity.
